How to pay tuition fee

② Go to 학사서비스 > 등록관리 > 등록금 고지서 출력
③ Click the 등록금고지서 출력 button

How to check tuition fee payment

① KLAS login ( https://klas.kw.ac.kr/ )
② 학사서비스 > 등록관리 > 등록금/교육비 증명서
③ Click the confirmation button after paying tuition

Split tuition fee payment

① Target : Students who have difficulty paying tuition within the registration period
② Application period : end of February, end of August (refer to the notice for details)
③ Required documents : Application for divisional registration (via the department head after the applicant and his/her guardian seal)
➃ Payment method : Print out the installment payment notice from KLAS and pay it to your virtual account during the period

Leave of absence

① Application period
- Spring semester: mid-February ~ end of February
- Fall semester: mid-August ~ end of August
② Application procedure: Fill out the application form for leave of absence and upload the application form to the Naver form (the link to the Naver form leave of absence application will be shared in the homepage notice later)
③ Cautionary Measures
- Be sure to comply with the application period for leave of absence
- The period of general leave of absence cannot exceed two semesters at a time, and a total of 3 years (6 semesters) (2 consecutive years)

Reinstatement

① Application period
- Spring semester: early February ~ mid-February
- Fall semester: early August ~ mid-August
② Application procedure : After filling out the reinstatement form, upload a copy of the reinstatement form and passport to the Naver form (the link to the Naver form for reinstatement application will be shared in the homepage notice later)
③ Payment method : Pay after checking the tuition bill at KLAS
➃ Issuance of standard admission letter : After confirming the reinstatement documents and tuition payment, a copy of the standard admission letter and business registration certificate will be sent by e-mail.

Academic warning

Academic Warning: Academic GPA at the end of each semester is less than 1.5 on average

Expulsion

Expulsion
- Failing to reinstatement after the period of leave of absence expires
- Unexcused absences for more than 1/4 of the number of school days
- Failure to pay tuition fee within the period
- Enrolled in another school
- Poor grades (Those who received two academic warnings in a row and have an average weight of less than 1.25 in the next semester and those who received academic warnings more than four times in the following semester will be expelled)

Withdrawal

① ① Application procedure : Submit the withdrawal form with the guardian's signature, alien registration card (passport), and a copy of your bankbook to the Office of International Affairs
② Tuition fee refund
- Before the semester start date: Full tuition fee refund
- From the beginning of the semester to the 30 days: 5/6 of the tuition fee is returned
- 30 days ~ 60 days from the start date of the semester: 2/3 of the tuition fee is returned
- 60 days ~ 90 days from the start date of the semester: 1/2 of the tuition fee is returned
- Tuition fee will not be refunded after 90 days from the semester start date

Readmission

① Application Period
- Spring semester: early January
- Fall semester: early July
② Qualifications for re-admission : Students who have withdrawn or been expelled, students who have passed 2 semesters after being expelled, and those who have completed at least 1 semester (applicable to freshman/transfer students in 2020)
③ Cautionary Measures
- Re-admission is allowed only twice.
- If a person who has been approved for re-admission does not pay the course registration and tuition (including re-admission fee) within the specified deadline, he/she will be expelled from registration.
