Condition of Dispatch
Exchange students are exempt from tuition fees at our universities during their international studies and are required to pay tuition fees and other expenses to their counterparts.
Selection Procedures
- Check the ISEP website for dispatchable universities, application deadlines and costs(support fund, tuition etc.)
- Select your 1~3 choice and submit an online & offline application to the Office of International Affairs.
- Applicants whose application have passed the screening proceed with various procedures such as visas, orientations, etc. through ISEP.
* After the document review is announced by Office of International Affairs, all procedures are proceeded by the students themselves through ISEP.
SAF(Study Abroad Foundation) : A non-profit foundation established in 2000 to promote exchanges and cooperation with excellent universities (50 schools) in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand under the authorization of the United States government.

· Check the SAF website for dispatchable universities, application deadlines and costs
· Select your 1~3 choice and submit an online & offline application to the Office of International Affairs.
· Applicants who pass the document screening will be informed of all matters through the SAF and apply to the other university according to the application deadline
· After the other university announces the final acceptance, all procedures such as visa and orientation are carried out through SAF.
