3. Acknowledged Reasons of
Absence
A. Death in the family
B. Applicant’s marriage,
recruit
D. In other cases if the
president deems it necessary and grants permission
4. Required Documents
A. Application for excused
absence (Signature of guardian and department head)
B. Proof Documents
- Illness: Medical
certificate and admission/discharge confirmation
- Funeral: Obituary or
death confirmation document, family relationship certificate, etc.
- Other verifiable
supporting documents
5. Submission Period: Until 2022.06.03.(Fri)
6. Application Submission
Method
A. Relevant student
: The relevant student must
fill out the application form, attach supporting documents (proof), and submit
to the office of the department to be signed by the head of the department.
B. Affiliated Department
: After confirming that the
applicant student is an eligible for attendance acknowledgement, the department
head seals it and submits it to the Academic Affairs Team of the university.
C. Academic Affairs Team
: Gather the application
form and supporting documents, prepare a list of excused absences, and submit
it to the Education Support Team
D. Education Support Team
: Registration of student application status
in administrative system before grade evaluation
7. Other Notes
A. Applicant should notify
the professor in charge of the course and submit the reason of absence with
supporting documents in advance or after the absent period. (Failure to notify
the professor might result in disadvantages)
B. Online recorded video
courses (KLAS) are not acknowledged for excused absence.
(However, real-time classes
(ZOOM, WebEx) are acknowledged)
