Undergraduate International Students Returning from Leave of Absence Application Guide for Spring Semester, 2024(1st Round)
The following is how to apply for undergraduate international students to return
from leave of absence and the documents to apply for a visa.

B. Required
documents (Attach the scanned documents when filling out the Naver
application form)
1) 1 copy of
the application form to return to school
2) 1 copy Passport
3) Consent
form
4) 1 copy of the bank balance certificate (20,000,000won or more) in
your name of your parents’ name * If submitting a parent’s balance
certificate, submit a copy of the family relationship document (You have to send the original balance certificate

C. How to apply: Submit
required documents through Naver form (https://naver.me/5HtJ9pHE)
D. Tuition payment: Virtual bank account (To
be announced later to applicants)
E. Issuance of admission letter: After confirming the documents to return the school and tuition payment, an admission letter and a copy of the university’s business registration card will be issued and sent to the email address written in the NAVER form (Please enter the correct address)
※ If you do not apply during the
first application period, the visa issuance may be delayed, so it is
recommended to apply during the first application period as much as possible.
2. D-2 Visa Issuance
A. Required documents(common)
1) Visa
application form, passport, one photo (taken within 6 months), application
fee
2) A copy of
business registration of the institution
3) Standard
admission letter
4) Tuberculosis certificate (for certain countries only)
5) Proof of final academic background (Original submission)
6) Proof of financial capacity (20,000,000won):
Please note that your visa will be rejected if you submit a counterfeit
bankbook to the embassy.
7) Family relationship card (Only if you submit the proof of your parent’s balance )
※ When applying
for a visa, the required documents may change depending on the country and competent officials,
so be sure to submit after checking the D-2 application method on the Korean Embassy website.
※ Additional
documents (such as a medical certificate issued within 48 hours) could be required due to COVID-19, so be sure to
check in advance.
